About IDENEL treatments
Can it be used in the sun?
Yes, but always finish your daytime routine with broad-spectrum SPF 50 to protect renewed skin.
Can it be combined with retinoids?
We do not recommend combining the ritual with retinoids during the treatment cycle, as it may over-stimulate the skin. Reintroduce retinoids only after the cycle is complete.
Can vitamin C be used?
High-strength vitamin C may irritate freshly stimulated skin. Pause vitamin C during the IDENEL ritual and resume afterwards.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — start with one application per week, immediately followed by a generous layer of Locking Cream. Frequency can be increased gradually.
How often should the product be used?
We recommend 1–2 applications per week. Most clients see visible improvement after 3–5 applications.
When are results visible?
Initial improvements appear after 3–5 applications. Clinical studies report measurable change at week 4 and significant change at week 6.
Is the tingling sensation normal?
Yes — a light tingling indicates the spicules are penetrating the upper epidermis and releasing peptides. It is a sign the technology is working.
